               I would like to take the time to thank you for last weeks dinner party. Your support and professionalism throughout the menu design process was great and it was also a refreshing experience having no hassles with my wife's meals being a gluten free vegetarian.  All our guests were very impressed with the food and are sure to use your service in the future.
